General practice is the largest branch of the medical profession. It provides some 1 million consultations for patients in the UK every working day and deals with 86% of the health problems experienced by the UK population.

The Governance Coordinator will coordinate the governance function of RCGP Scotland, ensuring that the relevant committees and groups are fully supported and operate efficiently and effectively.

We are looking for someone with exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and a can-do attitude. You will have previous experience of providing full administrative and governance support to committees and groups. You will:

  • respond to internal and external requests in a timely manner
  • organise travel and accommodation where required.

This role will involve hybrid working with a minimum of two working days in the Edinburgh office in the city centre. We offer flexible working hours Monday to Friday.

If you’re enthusiastic, driven, and want a role where you can really make a difference to the organisation and your own career, we want to hear from you.

The successful candidate will share our corporate values. In return, the College offers excellent terms and conditions.
